I totally agree with this! There is a fine line between self improvement and being creepy annoying. You obviously made a good impression. Even if you don't land this job, remember that you're qualified to make a huge impact in this field! You should be very proud of yourself!

The patron Saint for job seekers is Saint Cajetan. May you find the strength and wisdom to follow the path you are designed for.

I will say, It was a good friend of mine who suggested that I follow up even though I didn't get the second interview initially. I have done it before, but not in this manner. I've done it more as a "Thank you for your time, I appreciate you considering me" manner. Not in the, "What might I have done to improve myself for future prospective employers" manner, which is what I believe made the difference...Point being, is I can't take full credit for following up the way I did. I have a very special friend to thank for that, for whom I am especially thankful
