Did anyone get the first addition of the GermanShepherd.com Newsletter?

What's up with that? I guess maybe because I typically read through topics on here daily I've read the articles they have posted, but I was wondering why the newsletter?
Is it more for people that don't regularly visit the forum? Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against it and think it's nice to put out there, I was just wondering how it came to be?

It took the Mod/Admin team by surprise also. Something new the owners of the board just recently started.
