gsdlover, i use to love briars birch beer, started drinking it when i was a kid. in my navy days, if the bar had it on tap, i would drink that instead of a beer. unusual for a sailor. now it is hard to find so that is the only soft drink i drink, when i find it, about once or twice a year.

Bear- Hopefully. It's a good 45 min drive one-way and I just sent Matt out after some Bahaha poor guy.

Hunter- I see it on and off at our smaller local stores. I see it a lot more during the Summer. Maybe I'll buy in bulk and send you some. LOL!

Meijer sells cane sugar Coke but it's expensive (in glass bottles only).

It tastes better from glass bottles anyhow.

Agreed! I won't drink it unless it's out of a glass bottle, or at a movie theatre.

The plastic taste is disgustingly obvious to me. Others don't seem to notice it, though.

I hate Mountain Dew from plastic bottles, except 2 Liters are fine, lol. My preference with Dew or Coke is fountain, but it has to be a good mix. McDonald's makes the best Coke and Celebration Cinema (local theater chain) makes the *best* Dew. I swear we will go see movies just to get their Dew.

We have a small one dollar theatre locally that makes the most incredible mixes at the soda fountain. If we go to the movies, that's where we go.
