Lauri- That sounds YUMMY! I try to do the same thing when I get UTIs, with crancherry juice and Sprite lol! I need to get a soda stream, though.

Newbie- I feel you on the Mocha addiction. If I wasn't so ridiculous about my money, I'd probably have a white chocolate mocha latte every day. Grenadine in coke is better. But I'm too lazy most of the time to mix them lol.

Cane sugar Coca Cola or Mountain Dew. If it can't be cane sugar Coke, McDonald's is second best. I used to drink 40oz or so a day but I'm two weeks into quitting (or cutting back to once a week like if we go out or see a movie).

I can easily go through a liter bottle of soda a day ... and that's the ONLY fluid I drink (except alcohol).

Yes, I know - NOT good for me.

lol yep, that's me I'm a white chocolate mocha girl (that is, of course, if I can't get a white chocolate turtle mocha). During finals last semester my TMJ started acting up like crazy so for the whole week I basically lived off of mochas because my jaw hurt to bad to even eat pasta. I agree though, they're generally not part of my budget either lol

Yes it was for me too. I'd often go days without drinking plain water! It's so bad and I crave it really bad. It's not the caffeine but the sugar/taste. I won't drink *anything* except Coke, Mt. Dew, or water. I hate all other sodas and detest diet. I've never had a cup of coffee in my life.

Long story short.. I ended up in the hospital 3 times went to a cardiologist had a 24 hour EKG and nothing. He told me to quit drinking caffeine and I haven't felt anything like it since. So they determined that I was intolerant to it. No idea why. Probably due to severe anxiety.

Wow! So glad that giving up the caffeine made it stop. :/
My only side effect, if I drink a super large amount of coke in a short period of time, is a mild UTI. Ugh. It infuriates me.
