As for Applied Math, I got a 10.1 with a 100 in Data Analysis and a 100 in Estimation and let's not talk about the lowest with was Number Operations. ![]() I gave myself until April to take the GED test and signed up for morning and afternoon classes starting next Tuesday.

That is fantastic! I went to school with a woman from Brazil and one from France, both living in this country over 15 years and very well educated in their own country, but still they had a great deal of difficulty at our community college, I know this is not easy. If you do well enough, is a university in your future?

It isn't easy because the Language test is based off of your general vocabulary and not about specialties. There is still a great deal I don't know. In the EMT class I had the problem with the human bodyparts that I had re-learn all of them with the English meaning, just like I am going to have to do with math. |

This is how most English speaking people comprehend math problems....

Yeah, that is how I felt yesterday hahaha because I had no idea what they wanted from me with all those weird terms
![]() But I'll get those skills brushed up. One thing I noticed, from listening to others comparing their results, is that my Language, Reading and Math skills were by far among the best. I was surprised how lowly some of the younger adults scored and thought they were actually good with a score of 8 in Language or not that bad with a score of 3 in Math. I have a score of 6.1 in Math Computation and thought I royally failed because you need at least an 11 to pass the GED. |
