Congratulations on your scores! I've been on this forum for quite a few years and have watched how your English has steadily improved from your first posts. Your writing now is very close to that of a native English speaker. I have a lot of respect for your intelligence and facility with language. As a retired teacher with ESL experience, I know how challenging this can be! You will certainly master the specific vocab you need for math and for your EMT course and will be well on your way to success in college/university. Way to go!

I doubt many of us could take a German test and do that well. Goodness, I bet many of us could not do that well period (even with degrees from American graduate schools!)

I remember many evenings in tears at the dining room table with my father, an engineer working with me through math problems and him helping me over the phone with calculus in college.
But something clicked and I grew to love that which I hated so much! I think it is because he made it real world and meaningful.

Great job!
I would not be surprised if "foreigners"* have better English skills than Americans. They actually learn real English, we had to learn from our parents. [ head slap ] * I hope that is still an acceptable term.
