A post on another thread put this in my mind. So I figured to ask. (:

Who is your all-time favorite fictional character? What book or movie/TV show are they from? What are a few of your favorite quotes by him/her? Why do you like them so much?

Mine is Acheron, from Acheron by Sherrilyn Kenyon.

I love him because the things he says have become a part of my own thought process. Simply because I connect well. I also love how sarcastic he can be :p

The first quote that comes to mind, that I loved, is:

This is probably not what you were looking for, and not my all time favorite, bit this comes to mind: Jack Nicholson's character at the end of the movie, A Few Good Men, when he says, "you can't handle the truth"

We use words like honor, code, loyalty...we use these words as the backbone to a life spent defending something. You use 'em as a punchline. My favorite character is Albus Dumbledore, he has some pretty awesome quotes that stand up even without their context....
