Default Who has hunting dogs?

I got one , but I have never done that before to know how to train it. It might be still to young to train(like I want) but I want to know how?

Um. There's hounds for hunting, Labs, Setters, Springers, etc.
Each hunts differently.
There's upland game (Setters, Spaniels for instance), water (Labs and Chessies for instance), and hog/bear, etc. Some can cross over and Spaniels for instance could be used for water retrieving.
Some types of Terriers, and Dachshunds are known for hunting as well, Earth dog style.

It would help to know what breed of "hunting dog", and how old
