Most the time kids are looked after depending on how long I have knowen them and their performance, if I am not there my daughter is. I have kids coming from all over to work when they want money, and it was Christmas so I had a few around that wanted to make extra money.
Things happen I know this but when they do I need to be told right away! Not lied to and then a big cover up ! That so did not fly with me, I told a kid if they want to work with my dogs then they need to be respectful, honest and trust worthy or I do not want them around my dogs, you want me to pay you, then earn it.

Did you know I had more to worry about when me and my dogs let people in (robbed), then the outsiders.
