As soon as I took a senior level position at my job.... man.. the hours, the responsibility, the total exhaustion and constant go-go-go of my work.... yeah.... I feel about 80 years old right now.

Years ago when I had to stop tilting the garden because my back started aching. Years ago I would have easily finished it.
I developed osteo arthritis more a10 years ago and decided I couldn't get an active breed like a shepherd anymore. Then glucosamine cured it and voila... I am enjoying adolescent WD and keep up with him!
Tilting, not so much anymore....

When I celebrated my 25th birthday I felt OLD ... a quarter of a century. Last week I celebrated number 68 and except for a little arthritis I don't feel old UNTIL I look in the mirror ... OMG THAT OLD LADY CAN'T BE ME ... but it is.

Hmmm, I think it was when I arrested someone for DWI who was younger than my youngest child! (Also, my knees are shot and my back has gone out for the second time this month, lol.)

I've felt old ever since I hit 16 and had to start driving myself around and paying for gas. But now I get my husband to drive me around and pay for gas so I kind of regressed in that aspect :P.
