Hmm... the weather is pretty apocalyptic here and there are hordes of wild turkeys roaming around the streets... maybe the end really is coming?

The end of the Mayan Calendar was not indicating the end of the world, it was indicating the next polar shift which *is* scheduled to happen today at 11:11 GMT (not sure if that's am or pm...) and since none of our civilization has lived through a polar shift yet, no one knows what is expected to happen (Though an increase in conciousness is likely). Because no one has enough sense to research such a topic, lies about the "end of the world" were being spread. It's really just the beginning w/ a polar shift occuring... We did "christmas" last night (opening of presents) just in case. We're also preppers for such an incident, and it would not surprise me if the government launched a false flag attack today to blame on the date as a cover-up... a lot of friends in the military last night were mentioning helicopters and jets heading out of their bases in formation for no apparent reason. I've heard from a few people in government positions about the posibility of a mock alien invasion as well. Only time will tell.

My husband and I watch the tv shows about prepers, he laughs at me because I like to stock up on things, mostly because I hate running out of things. We decided we'd go to plan "b" if anything that bad happens, all we need is my truck, duck tape & a hose. Would you really want to survive and live in such a place if something that bad happens?
I had today scheduled as a day off, I didn't want to have to go to work while the world was ending but because of his medical problems I had to save my days off. Oh well.

I'm assuming that the end of the world is to be brought about by a massive Zombie attack. Since it is after 10 here in Texas though and I havne't seen any zombies yet, I'm assuming that they must be Night of the Living Dead zombies, which are very slow moving, and not 28 Days Later zombies that move extremely fast. That being said, I don't think the world will end today...it would take much longer than that for slow zombies to wipe out the world. Stupid slow zombies....very inefficient.
