Yes, I've always liked flickr and also pay for an account for a few years now. I heard they just revised their iphone app. I downloaded the flickr android phone app yesterday after hearing of instagram's change to their TOS as I'm sure many others did.

Right, I heard that too. First excuse after the huge outcry from their users was that we just didn't understand the difficult legal wording. (Like we're just too dense to figure it out - thanks!) Now they're saying they will re-word or remove that clause.

Unfortunately, it's too late IMO. I, myself have already gone through all the trouble of moving my instagram pictures to another service (flickr) and downloading a different app that will work just as well. If they tried to do this once, they'll probably try again using different words (remember they think we're all too dense to understand legal wording).

I just found this cool Android app called Pixlr'o'Matic after deleting Instagram, It's free and actually 1,000 times better than Instagram ever was! I was just messing around tonight, here's some stuff I came up with...







I did a bunch of darker stuff...Don't know why, just in that kind of mood, I guess..But you can do all sorts of stuff. You can pick an overall tone for the picture, then an overlay color/thing, then a border, etc. So many possibilities, it's really, really cool. Free and no crazy terms of use that I read.
