Please recommend a Border Collie forum
I signed up at bordercollie.org which appears to be a Border Collie version of this forum: HIGHLY working line biased. In fact they even say it in their forum intro: they think the BC is and should be a working dog, and they are completely against show and sport breeding. Looks like a nice forum. But they haven't enabled my account for a couple weeks now... WTH?
So can you please recommend for me a decent BC forum? I'm in research mode.

There are a lot of Border Collie people on Dog Forums and Pet Forum - Dog Breeds and Pet News , though it is not BC specific.

Can you contact them about it? Not in your spam? You know, it's a BC forum, so maybe it's a test to see if you are smart enough to join.
 Canine Outdoor Adventures: Vacation with your dog! I thought this looked like something you might enjoy and a good way to meet a bunch of BCs (I am guessing they would let you). LifeonFarm
