I can take care of that! Won't care about my dried out, stuffy nose at all then!

I think I'm going to make the ginger, honey, coconut for DD. She's been fighting that crud for a week. The problem I'm having is I don't have allergies. I think the air is just to dry and nothing if flowing. I wonder if just breathing in a bowl of steaming water once a day would help.

Have you ever researched colloidal silver? There are many benefits to it, I'm just learning about it, but I think it is a gem that is under the radar because of the pharmaceutical industry.
Here is a fb page that has articles posting often: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Steve...82851985101064 My raw food distributor brews it often and introduced me to it to treat Onyx's allergies. |

Have you tried sea salt spray...better (possibly is Dead Sea Sat)...I found a thing on pub med.
Dead Sea salt irrigations v... [Int Forum Allergy Rhinol. 2012 May-Jun] - PubMed - NCBI Or a vapourizer with a section for essential oils - try tea tree, OR lavender, or even wild oil of oregano - all antibacterial - supposed also cleanse air...keep it next to bed, or few feet away...or simply steeping any of those with towel over head and boiling water bowl 10 mins. or so. other link... hydraSense and look up "breathe right nasal strips"

Saline spray is fine for short term use, however, my boss used to use it and the ENT told him to stop because it can be addicting and actually cause problem.
I don't have allergies. it's just the weather and the dryness. he just needs to get the humidifier going. the one in the bedroom was started up last night. it's been raining all day and I've had the window open so it's better in here. It's so dry I walk in and chug water all night
