I could imagine how many GSD's could play in there without crowding! LOL!

![]() ![]() ![]() I am not sure I have the $90,000 a month (or any other time of the year!) needed for the payments though. I love that blue kitchen! And 21 acres! I looked at the back yard (I am sure there is a fancy name for it) and thought of all the land mines, holes and divots there would be with dogs...

My poor little swiffer vac can barely do 1,500sq ft. I would need like a lot more of them LOL. Beautiful homes, I would want a whole wing just done super formal where I could go when I wanted alone time, no dogs, no kids, no husbands LOL. I mean we thought about putting a spa in our new house, but decided a kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and some bedrooms were more practical

Who'd want to live there? Twenty some acres, yeah, but there is a home-owner's association.
You couldn't give me that house. Well, maybe.... If you didn't mind me turning around and selling it cheap, or giving it to a family member.

This is one of Tom's jobs, he spent a couple of years remodeling this house back in the 90s: 30 Crest Road, Belvedere
Apparently it was sold at some point, for nearly 10 million bucks! It's 9000 square feet on 1.6 acres, with incredible views. |

I had my heart set on this place. 121 acres. Needed lots of work, but had tons of potential AND a building site. Price was awesome too. Just sold this month. SIGH! Just a reminder to everyone that tonight's powerball drawing is $325 million. Sadly, my state will take most of that. I'd get about a dollar. HA! |
