Can you imagine all the crap you would have to buy to put in it so it wouldnt look like an empty warehouse?

AH, but if I could afford that house, I could afford to hire someone to decorate it and buy the crap for me. Or - buy the crap that is already there. I imagine they are downsizing, as just two people live there.

Our house is 1650 square feet on a 5000 square foot lot! But my husband has worked on a house that large - he spent most of last year doing that. It was WAY more than 4 million though. For a house that big on a couple of acres - that's cheap by Bay Area standards.

OK ... I could so see myself living there ... 1/3 for the parrots / 1/3 for me (which means room for my quilting supplies) and the rest for me and the dog to agility in doors ... look at all the hurdles / events we could do in that house! (I'd just have to install some kind of traction on the floors!)

I will when my lottery money comes through. Except that one is not really my style. I usually shop the horse properties in Kentucky when I'm feeling lucky.

Nice house although I don't really like the decor, and I wouldn't want something that big because it wouldn't feel cozy if that makes sense.
