My daugher and I went shopping today. It really wasn't as crowded as I expected. I didn't see any super bargins tho. I guess I didn't go early enough.

I didn't shop because I'm broke so I had no choice. We did go to a movie (DH's friend's treat) and had dinner (using gift cards).

Nope, we went to go see, "The Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn Part Two," instead, which was okay. Lol, I'm pretty tempted to order stuff for the dogs though, since a few stores are having some interesting sales, (Online, of course.)

Nope, I figure too many folks are forced to work over a family holiday weekend..so I just don't do it. Plus I have no interest in the traffic or fighting lines. Cybershopping for me anymore!

Nope! Wife got laid off almost a year ago after working retail for 16 years (frequently missed family time due to the business being open for "holiday" sales!) We have a huge amount of sympathy for those who had to work! I have to work most holidays because of my job, but at least it's not sales!

I usually don't go shopping on Black Friday, but I did today for the first time. only because my BFF needed to find a dress for her bf's christmas party that's next weekend. I did find super cute heels for $12 bucks that I'm going to wear for my works Christmas party. surprisingly it wasn't as crowded as I thought it was going to be.

Oh HECK NO! Never ever will I go shopping on black Friday. My family members tried and it did not work, lol. What I find disturbing about it is seeing adults 40+ years in age fighting over merchandise...

I went shopping on Thanksgiving evening. There are only the 5 of us here who are immediate family and we ate dinner early. My grown teens have significant others to spend time with so my options were to stay home and watch tv or do homework. Neither sounded fun so off I went. I try hard to save money and get my family stuff that they want or need. I don't have a life. lol.
