NOPE! Haha, I got home and hadn't let Frag out of his room yet and puppy and foster were still crated. I let them out and he instantly had this look of "Ooooh maaan" and when I made them all sit for it he kept jumping out to see what everyone else was picking before he made his decision. Guess he figured if he didn't get first pick he'd eye everyone elses' toys and steal them later.

Left the house at 1pm, all the crowds were gone. Hit Petco for food, Spent some money at Home depot getting ready to paint the living room.
Stopped at a brand New Dunkin Donuts. Suprisingly the roads were empty and no lines at the stores.

The local craft shops have a thing called Santa's Sleigh Ride. You follow a map from shop to shop. I have to go back tomorrow to buy what I wanted for presents. Then I took DD to work and stopped at JCP and Fashion bug and bought my birthday present to myself.

I'm boycotting any store that opened on Thanksgiving. I think that is ridiculous and wrong that those people didn't get the holiday off to spend with their families because of greed. Christmas stuff used to be put UP in the store AFTER Thanksgiving...now it's mixed in with the Halloween stuff. It makes me hate the holidays.

'shop local saturday' is where I'll spend some time and $....they also have wine tastings thruout the downtown area.

I need to purchase for my clients and would love some local stuff that isn't real pricey as gifts(I have to buy for around 20). Last year I gave everyone local honey and blueberry jam. Not sure what to do this year!

Where I live it is mostly orchards/vineyards and blueberry farms. This year, though not much was harvested due to the early warmth, then freeze, then the drought.

What a great idea! I'll have to make more blueberry jam next year for gifts. I didn't get around to the wineries yet. I'd like to make it up to the Finger Lakes this year.
