Ok, I am depressed...

Yes the weather is getting to me.

And then this morning, I switched my calendar. I have a GSD calendar. Usually, I forget to flip the month over until the twentieth or so, but November is kind of different and I flipped it this morning.

I am sorry if this is someone's dog, but I have to look at it for a whole month, and frankly, it looks like a whippet. It has long, super long legs, a straight back, except curved over the loin, and the tail hangs straight down but in between the back legs, like a whippets.

So I head off to the bank and to go and get my driver's license and plate-stickers so I can vote on Tuesday.

Yeah, I realized I am going to sad after the election because all my new Swing-state friends who want to know how I am voting, or want to tell me how to vote are going to go away, and 80% of my phone calls and 95% of my mail will suddenly cease. I will not be important after Monday. I won't get any more invites to victory rallies. I will just be boring me again. No one will care how I voted.

LOL Selzer. I had to sort of chuckle at you. I get the "winter blues" really bad. It makes me so depressed, especially in this city. I hate Indianapolis, and I especially hate it covered in snow. I'll still be your friend no matter how you vote. I've actually managed not to delete any of my Dem friends from facebook. I'm proud of myself. lol

oh and maybe just tape a pic of a GSD over that whippet on your calendar. I couldnt look a whippet for a month.

It's kind of nuts living in Ohio right now..this whole swing state thing..I'll be glad next Wednesday am...missing the sun and great temps from last week though...

I live in a swing state too and if I had a dollar for every political call I've had (and I hang up on all of them regarless of party affiliation) I would be rich ... sometimes I get a lot a day ... and every so often it lets up and I only get one or two. I voted over a week ago but the bloody calls still keep on coming!!!

I don't live in a swing state and I'm still sick of the political ads and phone calls. I already don't matter, I'm a blue voter in a very red state =/. But I'm still showing up at the polls Tuesday.
