We were just talking about that. Daryl is a different person now and Merle isn't. I think there's a serious showdown coming between these two and Daryl is going to make a choice, and it's not going to be Merle.

What!!!! I'll never look at the two of them the same again. She pulls off a pretty good southern accent.

I could be wrong, but I get the feeling that Andrea is liking the Govenor and wants to stick around, I think she might be a little bitter about being left behind.

So what happened to Carol. Thoughts? She cannot be dead, as they'de be down a character to kill off....Wonder if she is going to be hiding but then come to the rescue of someone? That's my guess

I don't recall if they mentioned her just before Maggie and Karl came w/the baby...

I won't come read this thread if I haven't seen the previous episode...just in case you DO talk about something that makes it a spoiler for me. I didn't get to watch the last episode until last night. I made my daughter promise NOT to say anything in my earshot.

I was surprised that two significant characters were axed.

I actually watched Talking Dead after the show because I am wondering where Carol went. They never found her body. They had one vague sentence about it and then quickly went to something else. I still think she's in there somewhere!

I believe she is alive, maybe just lost. I can't imagine the producers and writers just killing her off without it being seen. It's just not the way this show works.
Killing someone off camera would be too lame. They only found her scarf and just assume she's dead. Where's her body then? They didn't find it because she's not dead. Plus in the previews Daryl finds her knife in a walker.

And how is it that a walker ate Lori and consumed her entire body, bones and all? Doesn't seem right. The speculation I've seen on their Facebook page suggests that Lori is alive and Carol rescued her and tended to her.
Rick found the bullet allegedly used to finish off Lori. If Carl had shot her, the bullet wouldn't have been on the floor. It would have been consumed by the walker when he ate her.
I've also read that Lori is in fact dead because the actress has moved on to a movie.
So who knows?

And who didn't love seeing the softer side of Daryl?
