Yikes! I was kidding. Now you are scaring me.
Thinking about it....
Should be a lot more on there, like maybe a feeding schedule.
... and on and on ....

Thats another controversial one for me to. Sin, I don't believe in it. Kids are controversial too. If someone wants to tell me how many kids I can/can't have, then I should be able to tell them how many dogs they can/can't have.

I mean if we are going to go by how much money people have. I mean its only fair if someone is going to meddle in my life I get to meddle in theirs.

I think there should be a ban on the over construction of "luxury" homes with obscene price tags. They raise the home price of everything else in the area artificially and have all but made this region completely unaffordable.

I believe the buyer has a lot to do with this, as do real estate appraisers for mortgage companys and bank/mortgage companys themselves. People should value their hard earned money more and not pay the artificially inflated prices and banks should not use appraisers that will appraise these houses at these inflated values (and refuse to use and/or fire those that don't) and banks/mortgage companies should not give full mortgages on these properties full well knowing the properties are not worth it.

Agreed. Up the street they have built an entire luxury townhome community. They are charging $650,000 for town homes with no yard or property. Up north the same/similar building companies are doing the same thing. So now the appraisers are valuing homes nearby these luxury homes as much higher in cost and people just take out loans for that kind of stuff and voila.... now the average home price is $500,000.

It is sad, but it is happening all over this country despite the big real estate bust. Doesn't seem like anybody learned anything.

Another one I forgot about:

I'm not afraid to talk about money and I don't understand why people are so private about it. If more people were honest about money and stopped being ashamed of their income/spending habits I think more people would learn and not make financial mistakes. I just don't understand the stigma of "oh we just don't talk about salary". If someone asks me what I make, I will tell them. I don't really care. I just don't get the stigma associated with it.
