Hehe... I don't mind man-boobs either; there's very little chance that they will be bigger than mine.

I guess I'd probably have an issue with a guy that was so overweight he had limited mobility. I guess this is where my shallowness comes in--I live on a farm and I need someone who can help with the heavy lifting.

I don't like guys who are skinnier than me. It's nothing really against them, it just makes me feel large. My last boyfriend was pretty skinny but he had muscles just from the type of work he did. had he not been a giant I probably would have felt really self conscious about the obvious difference in our BMI. I prefer a guy who has muscles from doing things (like throwing bales or something like that). I'm not really into that: I go to the gym 7 days a week, look. Mostly I just don't like pansy guys. I don't care if you didn't grow up on a farm, but if I say, "Hey we gotta go to the farm and do XYZ" and you say something like, "Gross" or "That sounds like too much work." You're out the door. I want a guy with a good work ethic who is willing to tackle anything with me.

I don't think my boyfriend or myself has a "type". We were just attracted to each other. Neither of us is even remotely similar to our last ex's. I think our personalities match well because I'm kind of crazy and over the top and spastic and he is very calm, laid back, and rational. And he has no problem telling me when I'm being unreasonable or out of control.

To be honest, when I met my Jake, he had a ponytail longer than mine. And trust me...that's the farthest thing from my typical attraction...but everything else about him just drew me in. Fast forward to 6 months later when he chops it all off, and every girl is throwing themselves at him. I still laugh to think about all of his female co-workers who are trying so hard to get his attention now that there's no ponytail. He is a gorgeous man and an amazing person and I somehow was lucky enough to be the only one to see it before his haircut. Funny how shallow people are.

But if I did have to lump them all into one category, I'd say I go for thin, but athletic guys. I'm really not in to muscley dudes who work out all the time. I like to go for walks with the dogs and go hiking and stuff and want a guy who wants to go out with me. And I'm not the tiniest girl (I'm probably like 5' 4" and like maybe 135-140#), so I'm built like a rock, lol. I don't think I'd feel ok dating someone a lot smaller than me though. I would just be even more self conscious than I already am.

Exactly--attitude and work ethic is key, if he looks good doing it, that's just icing on the cake.

Really? I Looooooves me some long-haired men... always have...and Hubby just so happens to have long, thick, luscious, naturally curly locks. His hair is longer than mine by far, and I love it when he grows his goatee out really long too. Some people think he looks like a hippie, but he's about as far from that as you can get. Others have said he looks like a biker dude, but he doesn't have any tattoos, so I don't see it. To me he looks unique and beautiful and since he works at a brewery, he actually gets PAID to drink beer, so the little beer belly is part of the package.

I just never thought I would be attracted to it! I honestly loved his hair, but people treated him differently because of it. They automatically assumed he was a hippie pot smoker and he couldn't get a job in the field he wanted to because of it. He could never look like a biker dude because he's too scrawny, lol. Still, not fair. I miss it a whole lot.
