Default I love Costco

We bought out Dyson Multifloor from Costco a couple of years back. While I generally am happy with it, I have had one nagging issue in that the beater bar gets dog hair wrapped around it too easily. However, then it stopped altogether. Something inside of it broke (can hear it rattle). Well, with three Sheperds, we cannot be without a vacuum.

Went to the store and picked out the D25 animal model. Bought it and on the way out the door asked if they could look up our original purchase. They printed out the receipt and told us all we had to do was bring the broken one in (had a 5 year warranty) and they will fully refund the full purchase price. No repair, no proration for the time used, just our money back in full.

I love Costco!!

I took a vacuum back to Costco and they asked me why I was returning it. I told them that "It didn't suck." Full refund.

Sadly people were taking advantage of this with respects to TVs. They'd have their new TV "break" every few years and get a replacement, thus they chanced their policy.

I love Costco. I bought two pairs of jeans the same size there once. I tried one pair on and they fit perfect, so I ripped the tags off the other pair as well. Unfortunately, those didn't fit. I took them back to Costco and they refunded my money without tags or a receipt.
