Dover DE B&B's

Got DH tickets to the Dover race in June. Would like a B&B close to a beach within 40 miles of the track. We live in farm country so really want to be able to walk out in the morning and drink my coffee in view of the beach, even if it's from a 3rd floor balcony.

Any suggestions?

No suggestions but if you need to stop halfway, you know where I live.
