Default Blessed Yule

Though it has passed technically, I figured better late than never to wish everyone a very blessed yuletide!

I don't know what a yule tide is from a high tide or a low tide but I hope this season brings you happiness and peace.

Is the yule tradition Scandinavian? A Scandinavian woman I knew baked a yule log cake. Not sure if that was to celebrate the same holiday though. Well, since it's passed, wishing you an amazing rest of the holiday season, great food and company and much laughter .

I believe that one of the origins is Scandinavian. History of Yule is a good brief introduction. There is alot more information obviously but this gives the jest of it.

Many in American celebrate it as part of turning of the Wheel of the Year. Usually Wiccans or New Agers. My daughter is Wiccan so we celebrate Yule. My son Christian so we will also be celebrating Christmas and we have a friend thats Jewish so we semi sorta celebrate Hanukkah.

LOTS of times to eat!!!!
