HELP! Truck door stuck

Toyota Tacoma extended cab. The door behind the driver side door won't open. There is horse blanket strap stuck under the door. Can't budge the strap or the door.

Uh no - I'm not inside of the truck. LOL!

Try pushing the door in instead of pulling it out? It might help to loosen the strap.
My cat got her tail caught in a drawer and I stupidly kept trying to pull it, once I pushed it in her tail became free(after she punctured me over 100 times with her claws and teeth, then pee'd all over me!)
