Default what are your plans for New Years Eve?

My wife, Chewy(kitten), Molly and I have decided to go to our cottage to have a quiet evening together. On New Years Eve I will cook a nice steak dinner for my wife (and a raw one for Molly) then we will probably play a few card games until the countdown. We will be leaving on the 30th for a week. This place is heaven no neighbors for miles just us and the furry kiddies.
Molly and I will spend most of the days ice fishing and snowshoeing to a few secret lakes. She loves it no need for a leash she just follows me around. My wife will most likely sit in the camp with Chewy and read a few books.

wow, going to your cottage, how special. i'm
sure your cottage has room for 3 more (2 humans, 1 dog)
hint, hint, big hint. yes, i have no problem being jealous.
sound like big fun. Happy New year and enjoy.
we're going to China Town. we get together with
10 friends or so and go to the same restaraunt that
we've been going to for years and pig out. afterwards
we'll go to someones house from the group that lives
in center city to say goodbye and hello to the New Year.
i'll going to tell my friends that i have some friends that's going to
their tucked away cottage for the New Year and they didn't
invite us. that should be their first piss off for the new Year.

We will just stay home on our little island listening to music and playing with the dogs. Not into going to bars so we stay home and drink sparkling cider and eat leftover stuff from all the food I've cooked over the week.

I imagine that Viktor and I will go on a nice hike/walk somewhere... come home to a nice dinner... play in the basement a while... go out for a potty break... put on a movie... and be asleep by 9PM or 10 PM.

We're lame...

ugh you people have cottages AND little islands? i just have one floor of a two family house. what am i doing wrong with my life? lol. i'm unsure of exactly what i will be doing, but i'm pumped because my sister, brother in law, brother and cousin will all be with me for NYE. i live up near boston, three of them are in jersey and one is from illinois, so dragging everyone up here is kind of a big deal. whatever we do, i will be happy to just have them in my company.

Have to admit, we don't own the whole island we just live on it and own a small part. LOL! I would love to have a whole island for my dogs to run on.

Probably going to sit at home and ignore new years. I hate going to bars, and that's about the only thing anyone my age does.
