The dark side of the moon album was a huge hit my senior year of high school. (Shows how old I am-it was released that year!)

I will have to admit - my fav is also "Shine on You Crazy Diamond" Actually the whole Wish you were here album. We are old. We have an original ummagumma on vinyl. Actually we go from them up to Wish you were here" on vinyl then went to CD.

We went and saw this show last year in Detroit. It was good, I had never seen Pink Floyd. They play the complete THE WALL album. Throughout the concert they build and then take down a wall. It's pretty neat.

I'd say it was a good concert, but not the best one, though The Wall is not my favorite Pink Floyd album either. We saw Paul McCartney a few months ago in Detroit at Tiger stadium, I'd have to say that was probably the best concert I have ever seen.

My daughter used to listen to Pink Floyd on our trips from Hatteras to Rochester, NY on our long trips back and forth (15 hours). She was 11 or 12...a real retro kid. She got tickets to a concert last year and she called me in the middle of it, literally crying for joy. She was right up there near the stage and she said, "Mommy, I think I'm in heaven." She was 30 years old by this time.

She would soooooooooooo envy you guys.
