I moved a lot. In the past 10 years I've moved at least 20 times...sometimes 3 times a year. I'm a Nomade. I just couldn't live very long in one spot and when I got itchy feet I moved. Now I wished we could stay in one spot but I know it's probably not going to happen with hubby in the military. Hopefully he can expand his stay in Drum so he can either ets or retire out of Watertown.

He actually wants to live in Colorado. He thinks it's the perfect spot where the both of us could live happily and meet both of our needs. I'm not sure he's perfectly happy with NY. I know, I am...

The only place my husband ever talked about moving to was Show Low. We wanted to visit several years ago but it was blocked off because of the forest fires. I don't think we'll ever leave Wisconsin but somewhere warm in the winter sounds better every year. Maybe we should just trade places. We have a farm so you could bring your horse.

Glinny, that is so interesting! Why does he want to move to Show Low?
It must have been back during the Rodeo-Chediski Fire, everyone was evacuated and moved out during that one.

My fiance said that if we could afford to just pack up and leave he'd want to go to eastern Pennsylvania. This is my fault for introducing him to all the amazing things there, haha.

We got to live a lot of places, compliments of the Army. By the time our oldest daughter was 3 we'd lived in 7 different places. I was so ready to STOP traveling.

If you're single, no kids, I'd say go for it. Come to Texas, it's good eating down here!

Decisions decisions. Why can't someone else make big life decisions for us?
