Once I knocked over this glass candle holder with my elbow and it shattered.

Blamed it on the dog .

I blame Sasha for the messy apartment when really it's like 20% Sasha 80% me.

Unfortunately for her, her farts are distinct. Or should I say distinked.
At least, I THINK they are hers.

Maggie is too clever for that. One time I farted (stinker) when she was on the couch beside me, she got off the couch, went to the far side of the room and laid down, staring at me.

I don't have a GSD yet, but one night my fiance left the sausages out so I ate one. In the morning he blamed the cat for it and I didn't say a word. I don't think he would have been mad at me, but it was amusing to watch him think my ten pound cat ate an entire sausage. Those things were huge!

I always blame the dog.

Husband: "Hey! Who ate the last of my ice cream?"
Me: "What? Dang it Hondo! I told you to stay out of the freezer!"

Husband: "Did you use the last of the toilet paper?"
Me: "Hondo! Weren't you just in there?"

Husband: "Why are all the lights on in the house?"
Me: "Hondo! What have I told you about leaving the lights on?"

Husband: "What's for dinner?"
Me: "I dunno, ask Hondo. It's his turn to cook."

I always blame the dog but it doesn't work because when does something she tells on herself by the way she acts
