Noooooo!

I think this dilemma of mine that I have managed to avoid for the past two weeks may finally be something I have to deal with: I may have to move my parking buddy's car.

I know it's not that big of a deal. I know that I'm capable of moving the stupid car back, and then forward again once my car is out. It's not hard. Press down on both brake and clutch, turn the car on. Put it into neutral, disengage the parking brake, put it into reverse, release the clutch while applying pressure to the gas pedal, blahblahblahblah. I practiced it numerous times. I even did really well at it.

It's such a stupid, silly little thing, but it causes me so much anxiety. I hate it. I'm demanding that Sam take me out to get me more comfortable with it once he's home.

And then, just to spite my tall parking buddy...I'm going to leave his seat where I need it to be (not really. I'll do my best to put it back to roughly where it needs to be).

Humph. It would be one thing if people would pay attention as they walked through that parking lot, but nooo. No pedestrian there pays attention to the cars trying to back out.

Alright. Time to be a big girl.

Evan

Two of my friends teased me SO MUCH whenever they'd hear me talking to anyone about it. I never heard the end of it.

They're both mothers now.

Guess what? They talk about their baby's poo.

NOW THEY UNDERSTAND. If the poo ain't right, somethin's wrong.

I'm so freaking tired. Echo kept licking his lips ALL night. Don't know why...kept getting up to check on him but he was fine. Just slurping away. Anyone have any ideas why??

A sore tooth could cause him to do that. Or any type of sore in his mouth. Something stuck in his teeth/gum line will cause him to continue to lick.

Baxter desperately wanted to sleep on the bed with me last night. I came back in from brushing my teeth, and he was just laying down calmly in the middle of the bed with this huge grin on his face. When I walked closer, he even scooted over to the other (Sam's) side and laid down on his side like it was time to go to sleep. Goof. If I wasn't trying so hard to be consistent with him, and if I knew Sam wouldn't throw a giant fit about it, I probably would have let him stay there. I have a hard time saying no to that adorable face and those baby-seal eyes of his.

In the end, I did make him get down, and he settled for sleeping (for the first few hours) right next to me on the floor. He always ends up going back to his crate, but I love that he chooses to be close to me for the first bit at least.

Have I mentioned how much I dislike my BIL? If not, let me say it. If so, let me say it again. I really dislike my BIL.
