Hope everyone gets to spend some time with family and loved ones tomorrow. Safe travels if you are driving/flying. May you all eat well but not overstuff yourself, and also not be subjected to any failed homemade pie crusts.
Happy Thanksgiving ( a day early )!

Dh is still in the hospital, on oxygen. It was CO2 poisoning. The other operator was so shocked when I told him, he says, but Trent drives the best truck in the fleet. Which he does, they gave it to him after just a few months. I'm like well it could have been you if dh had driven the crane, but he was dropping couterweight loads last night for today's jobs, so he bob tailed home and back to the yard. I didn't say it to be a bitch, I meant, this could've happened to any of you guys, they all drive a tractor and a crane. I mean some days they are an operator, driving the crane or boom and some days they are riggers setting up the big cranes (these are all over 100 ton cranes, so they need a small army to erect them LOL)
It's starting to hit me now, I just thank goodness I went with my gut and recognized signs of poisoning and realized it wasn't a flu bug or something. It's only a mild poisoning, so there shouldn't be much long term damage.
omg Patti...I saw your post on FB on the signs of CO poisoning but didn't see this. So glad he's going to be ok.
