Thinking of Having a Sign Made...

I'm thinking of having a sign made for the door.

TO NON PET OWNERS who visit our homes and complain about our pets. 1) They live here; you don't. 2) If you don't want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture. That's why they call it 'Fur'-niture. 3) I love my pets more then I like most people. 4) To you, they are animals; To me, they are my babies.

The dogs LIVE here.

If you have a problem with that, suggest we go out for coffee -- you buy.

I find it easier to just only be friends with pet-people, then they come with fur/feathers/poop/whatever already on their clothes

We have an engraved sign posted right at eyeball height on our door that states:

My home is maintained for the comfort and safety of my dogs. If you are not OK with this, GO AWAY!

If you are, welcome!

I bought it years ago at a dog show.

i know when hubby retires from the navy and we move back home and own our own house, there will be a few signs posted on the fence that say 'we can make it to the fence of 2.6 seconds.... can you?' on top of a few signs on the door. I really do like my dogs more than a great many people. if anyone has issue with pet hair as we have dogs AND cats, they dont need to be around far as i'm concerned.
