Anybody see this?? I did on Wednesday. My opinion. Way too wild, and outlandish. Some of the computer special affects were good, but I might have put a bit more of a story behind it, and deleted one or two of the 50 close calls. I don't know that I would even get this one on DVD.

I saw it the other day. I pretty much agree with your review... the plot was silly, special effects were great, and it was utterly forgettable (except for the part where they showed SoCal going into the ocean... that was hard to watch for obvious reasons).

Havent seen 2012... looks exactly like you explained, but i did see the movie precious the other night. I'm a 25 year old guy and my mouth was pretty much dropped the entire movie. It's really that shocking of a movie. Definitely not a movie to see with young kids to say the least.

Pretty much agree. Very predictable movie but I watched it for the special effects.

I really have to admit I liked Woody Harrelson though. There was just something totally cool about the way he faced that explosion, something tells me that nut would do something like that in real life.LOL

I think the Woody Harrelson character was my favorite part of the movie!!

Overall I really liked the movie. I liked the storyline, LOVED the special effects..... seriously loved them.

The only thing I really disliked was so dag-gone many times the family was able to outrun near fatal disasters!!! I really think they not just overdid, but WAY overdid that part! Took it from a 9 to maybe a 7 in my book.

I havent seen it yet but im going to. It sounds like the perfect movie for me. Very little plot for me to waste time with. All visual all the time!!!!Definately my kind of movie... lol Im guessing itll look awsome on a 61 HD TV in Blue Ray.

Yeah that was the best acting in the movie, even if it was a little over the top. There are loons like him in real life.
