I hadn't seen any trailers. I probably watch 99.5% of my tv via DVR and just fast forward through everything.
I think this was probably the best episode to date

Not due to Criminal Minds the TV show.....
 but I rarely sleep thru the night without horrible nightmares. Some nights I wake up more than once in a cold sweat with the most horrible feeling of dread. It's sucks. You are lucky.

I have weird dreams and nightmares a lot but I watch a lot of sick shows and read a lot of sick books (true crime). It's to the point where I know, in my sleep, that it's a dream and not real. It doesn't wake me up anymore. The other night I dreamt that two of my cats fought and one ripped the other's throat and she died. My cats have never really fought, I knew it was a dream and stopped getting upset without waking up completely.
