My husband used his Kamado ceramic smoker - looks exactly like this one:



The problem we have is that the turkey is TOO juicy!! We have to lay down a bath towel under the carving board to soak up the liquid when he cuts the turkey.

I love that the cooker you guys use can blend in on a patio - lol.

The infared turkey was the same way. It was incredibly juicy (not that I'm complaining though )
