I am kind of surprised at the responses that have been posted here. Not against them, just surprised by them. I am one of the crowd that thinks that since alcohol is not illegal, then marijuana shouldn't be either...with rules and limitations.
I think it is kinda neat and interesting to see that it can be so beneficial. I also think it would be nice if everyone else in the the US could get past the taboo of it and see that it can be a medicine just like anything else.

Simona I agree, my niece is autistic and has been here since Tuesday and they went home this morning. She is on meds to help control her moods, but she still gets stressed out very easily. I know my sister has problems trying to decide what the best things are for her at times.
I know when my dad had cancer, marijuana was one of the treatments that was tried on him. I say if there is a chance it will work, they parents should be allowed to try it if there is a chance it will help the child. I have no idea if a medicial use of marijuana will get a child "high" but I think alot of the other meds have the same effect.
