I need to quit watching the news
Wisconsin man kills 14 yr old stepson because wife goes to police. Said he wanted to "punish her meddling family for interfering with his business"

Yes, stop watching or reading the news!!
 IMHO about 95% of it is written by a bunch of "reporters" who don't know but half the story anyway (if that much). Then picked up by AP who also doesn't know anything but what the original "reporter" wrote which is of course half right if that. You then form an opinion about something that may or may not be what it seems. You get worked up and mad and don't even know what the heck really even happened.

The news (especially reading articles online or even blogs on news sites) has become, more or less, the telephone game.
The story is released..picked up by another with facts missing/story embellished. The second story picked up by someone else - more facts missing/story embellished, and it keeps going. Then you read the last rendition of the article, and it reads like something that belongs on Perez Hilton's blog!

Dainerra, me too. I watch BBC new it doesnt bother me as much. lol
Rush limbaugh terrifies me, he tries to convince everyone that Prez Obama is a Muslim radical who want to destroy the U.S. whats that all about? and the story yesterday about the father who came home and killed his 15 yr old son had me torn up all day  what is wrong with people? they cant work out problems? just take a gun and just blow your kid away?????
