OK, this thing is awesome!!!
Now, if I could figure out how to work it! I have my new Motorola Droid and it is amazing. I love this phone or whatever you would call it. I just don't know if I am technologically advanced enough for it! LOL

I just got my Droid yesterday!
I found the best app!!! If you download Google Sky Maps you can hold up the phone up and it will show you what constellation you are pointing it toward! I Love it! Moving music and pictures I took with my camera over to the 16GB chip was way simple. It is such an intuitive phone.

I have had mine for a week and a half & I love it!!
 I'm using it now! Google sky is awesome! ! Check out the key ring app. This is my first smartphone and I'm addicted! !

The key ring app lets you scan the barcodes for your discount cards (CVS card, grocery store cards, etc) and then you don't have to carry those cards anymore, simply bring up the barcode on your phone and scan that at the store.
There are other cool barcode apps too, like the ones that let you scan an item at a store then it searches the internet to see if you can find it cheaper somewhere else. For those who are dieting, there is a calorie counter app that also scans barcodes, I'm assuming to automatically enter the nutritional info for that product. Love it!

The ring tones are in settings. There should be an icon for settings on the home page. Press settings and then sound and display in the next menu. It will say phone ringtone and notification ring tone.
You can download ringtone apps to the phone for free. When you have the app downloaded to the phone and find a ringtone that you like, just hold your finger on it. The phone will ask you if you want to save it. Press save and it should be added to your available ringtones and you can then choose that one. Hope that helps.

That key ring app sounds great!
You can make your own ringtones from your music with the free app "ringdroid" It's WAY easy! Once you start the app it directs you to your library. You select a song and it plays it and shows the voice pattern of the song, drag the window over the portion you want as a ring tone and ta da- ringtone and it asks if you want to set it as default ect. Couldn't be more simple!!! My phone sings a Sarah Bettens song: "Come over here, Come over here" lol
