You're the best Dawn! I took two weeks to mope around and now I'm getting sick of it. I want to nap and run. I really wanted to do it when he was at work because if there's one thing I will not do it is force myself to say goodbye when it's not what I wanted! (I'm already crying just typing that) I don't know if that's the best way to handle things, but I just feel like I could deal with it better. Why should I suffer a heartwrenching goodbye? Clean break heals faster right? Or am I taking the wrong approach?

One of the songs that helped me the most when I was going through a hard time was Headstrong- Trapt.
I know it's not a sad song (not even close) but it reminded me that I am strong and I could beat this tough part of my life. It pumped me up and got me out of the sad song slums.

Actually, I still listen to it every now and then. It kind of fuels me with a strange type of energy and helps put things in perspective

Oops can't edit but another that makes me feel stronger is Breaking Benjamin - I will not Bow. Of course these aren't sad songs but maybe they'll help get you out of the dark hole.
