"Goodfellas", the movie

Is there alot of people (maybe New Yorkers and Rhode Islanders who love "Goodfellas".

LOL, I LMAO everytime I watch the scene (well almost all of them), of were Mauri is getting shaken by Jimmy, after Mauri is basically giving Jimmy the FU about paying him back his money. Mauri's wig starts to fall off, and Ray Liotta is also Laughing his A$$ off.

LOL, what a great movie, one of the all time best.

I also love the dinner scene were they are eating pasta, and then going to dig a grave for the guy they just wacked in the bar, the one mob boss. LOL, got the "huff" stuck in the car

Then there is poor Spider

I have the link to the scene, just abit to many F bombs to post, don't want the mods to get mad at me

Jack, there are too many classic scenes to count in "Goodfellas." Very few films blend humor and brutality so flawlessly. It's one of my favorites too.

<span style="color: #000066">And Paul Sorvino is a dog lover, and particularly a GSD-lover who, along with one of his daughters, ran a GSD rescue called "Dogfellas"! I don't think they're rescuing dogs any longer, though.

Here's the link to their Dogfellas page:

Re: "Goodfellas", the movie

I love this movie, being an Italian from NY, it strikes a bit close to home. Now, if somebody says "hey Jen, you are funny!" I reply something like "funny how? funny as in 'ha ha" funny like a clown?"

Very few people get the reference. That scene in the movie is chilling, somebody gives the mafioso a compliment and he takes it wrong and the tension can be cut with a knife!

it also gives me pasta cravings..........

I LOVE THAT MOVIE. I like the scene where hes making his sauce he has to leave the house and he tells the teenage neice now make sure YOU STIR THE SAUCE. Im rying to remember the name of the song thats playing during that scene, it goes so good with him running around all over the place. oh and the scene where his wife freaks out and flushes the cocane down the toielet, he gets so mad. well, too many scenes. I have to buy it or rent it. I havent seen it in awhile time to se it again Thats a classic.
