Default Shasta did SOOOOO good!!!!

Yes, this is a dog park bragg! Yes, I know GSDs arent generally dog park dogs. Lucky me, Shasta is pretty fabulous with other dogs, even if the other dogs are total buttheads. Her being so good with other dogs is why I take her to class with me and she's great with puppies.

Another brag on Shasta!! Took her to the dog park with a couple friends and their dog. Not only did the dogs stay close to us, but I used it as a very BIG distraction to practice "Come". Shasta came running EVERY time!!! She was pretty fabulous!!! Didnt even have to give treats! Just loved on her and let her go back. She was such a good girl!!

There were also 3 other shepherds there, all black shepherds. Two large males and a female about Shasta's size but thinner. Shasta was not only the best behaved shepherd of the 4 in the park, but she was the best behaved dog in the park with about 15 dogs total in there.

Proud of my girl!!!

OH! and she also got run over pretty good. She yelped. I called her over and she came running over, got mom to remind her she was okay and she went right back to having a good time. LOVE how quickly she recovers!!! No limping or any signs of pain. She was just REALLY surprised lol.

She did good.
