The reason for the dog name, who started lifes as Raena - the queen - was because this owner was introduced to a new way of tracking by me -- . Believe me the lady has my 110% respect and admiration - she has talent and is a very very dedicated and big hearted person , contributing to shelters and taking in dogs in need of help.
Her previous dog "Spook" a Kilo daughter from an american show line - took a UD title easily , the highest level of title that you could get at the time.
When she came down to get the new pup -- I had hand picked this female for her.
We had demos and discussions -- instead of telling the dog what to do , training it by obedience - food bits , she was told to LET the dog track , that it was natural to her , she was already good at it at 4 months and all she needed to do was to relinquish control to the dog in tracking and trust the dog. In SAR , in tracking you have to TRUST the dog , you don't have the capacity to do the work - why have a dog if you could .
And so she became Carmspack Trust . and the rest is history -- Blast the same thing , Kira the same thing , let the dog do the work.
