Maybe this is normal, expected behavior...but I was proud of my Isa (15 weeks).
I took her to an Alzheimer's Walk today. The first hour was entertainment, food, and lots of people milling around (some with dogs) While she showed interest in the other dogs and I did have to quiet some barking, she was pretty good. The things that I thought would flip her out, she only showed mild curiosity. She was fine with all the hoopla.....DJ blaring, people dancing, food carts, kids on skateboards, people in wheelchairs, toddlers coming up to her, young and older kids petting her, cheerleaders with pompoms. The only thing she reacted to was a large statue of a bear.....hackles up, growling and barking lol |

Sounds like a great girl you've got there!
Isn't it funny how much they amaze you? I always tend to underestimate how my dog will act/react, and I really want to smack myself for doing so....she always exceeds my expectations and does almost the complete opposite of what I'm expecting from her. But it's things like that that make me feel even more pride for my baby girl. Glad to hear you've got such a well-behaved, socialized pup! Get that bear, Isa! Protect your mommy!
