67 Pounds at 8.5 months
Stella went to the vet today to get her blood drawn again to check on her tick titre levels. She has been on Doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 2 weeks and will continue for 2 more weeks.
The vet and the vet tech could not get over her temperament over the last few visits. They said she is one of the prettiest and calm nerved German Shepherds they have seen there. Needless to say, it made me very happy to hear them speak of my girl that way. She also gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks, so I guess the Doxycycline is not affecting her appetite too much. I am surprised she gained so much weight considering how much she runs each day.

I think how the vet and the vet techs react to your dogs have a lot to do with how your dog reacts to them. Glad your girl was so good and made a good impression of the breed.
