Today I met a co-worker who brought another co-worker's dog and her own dog and we went for a walk together. It was pretty funny to see Alice with a pug, a small terrier mix, and Zoey the weasel.
We let her off leash for awhile and she did keep being interested in coming back to be bossy and herd. But she did so good, we let my co-worker walk her a bit and she didn't do that "oooh, you're a strange female" thing either. Especially with the little terrier mix, he's a bit fearful he did really good too! When we got back Gar's idiot friend showed up unexpectedly with two dogs both chi mixes one 12 weeks old. (like I said an idiot) So it was warm, and I got a bowl of water outside the fence for them. They came inside and Alice was very good with the puppy. Cute little thing. I'm so proud of her for not being a territorial female GSD. She laid down to sniff the puppy. I've got pictures from the walk, that my co-worker took. As soon as she sends them to me, I'll torture you folks with them. Cause, I'm an idiot who forgot the camera. |

Carrie, this has all been a big tease hasn't it? Do we need to come over there to sunny (and warm with palm trees) CA and crack some skulls??? Tell your co-worker that there is a ravening crowd of GSD enthusiasts who are like meth heads when it comes to pictures.
Did I use the word "ravening" properly in that sentence? I've felt the urge to use that word for a while now, and it seemed to fit.
