New leg for jumpers!

DOCNA trial this weekend. She has one leg for standard from last year but she decided to check the fence perimeter instead of running last year. I entered jumpers as a 'throw away' event to burn off some energy before the standard. Unfortunately, it was AFTER the standard! 1st and 2nd rounds of standards, she semi stayed with me but chose to make up her own course along the way. Must be she needed more of a challenge. And then she Q'd and got first in the jumpers!!! Yay!!

Second day, jumpers was up first. She felt the fence was unsafe so decided to secure that for the rest of the dogs instead. She didn't Q in the standards but she didn't leave me. She had one off course, which my instructor said was my fault, and that cost her the leg on time.

But!!! She hit all her contacts! Every stinking one of them! She stayed with me (improvement over last year!) and didn't get mad at a single other dog! She had some excited barking at the other dogs but no reactivity! Overall, it was an very good weekend!

My friend was the photographer for the event. Once she has her pics up and I know which ones I want, I'll post them. She got a fantastic head shot of her.
