So I was meeting with my friend at Mayfair park thats right around the corner.I brought Molly with me, and we walked into and open area of the park. I decided to work on some off leash training. I kept her leash on, but just let go of it and would walk and turn different directions and called Molly. She did absolutely amazing! I was so proud of her!! I did this for a good 45 minutes to an hour. She kept close to me and watched and loved it! I am going to to do this again tomorrow and do some other commands. Molly never really had trouble off leash, she just kind of learned it on her own, but I still like to keep it fresh in her memory.
Next was Tanner. I went to the park again with him and did some off leash training with him. I walked around to let him get settled in. Then I let go of the leash and he stayed next to me and walked and listened to when I changed directions, he came when called and did very well!!Tanner has had issues when being off leash, but he did incredibly well this time! I am so proud of them! ![]() Just thought I'd share. I am going to take them to the park more and do more training. Also they tend to attract a few spectators.lol. People always comment on how pretty and well behaved they are.
