YAY She wasn't afraid!
I've been having some trouble getting Alexa to be calm and relaxed around my dad. For some reason, which I still cannot figure out, she has been very nervous around him since the day I brought her home. She generally will stay right next to me, and if he walks by her she gets startled and runs under the table.
This evening we went over for a visit and when we walked in the house she went right up to him, ears back, tail wagging, and rubbed up against his legs while he pet her!!! I was so excited! All night she would go near him, go to him when he called her over, and even laid by his feet to take a snooze! (I think it's those hot dog pieces he's been sneaking her...  )
