Default Would love your thoughts on Bowsers Parents/Lineage

Here is Bowsers Dad:
VA2 IRELAND 2011 Barak Von Hamilberg

Here is his Mum:
SG Daliah von den Lahnhöhen

I have to say, both dogs have brilliant temperaments. But Barak is an exceptional dog all around. I've never seen a temperament like his before, and that was what impressed me the most. He's the reason I wanted to bring Bowser home straight away. I'm hoping that Bowser takes after his dad!

I'd love to here your thoughts and comments, please. Thanks!

Beautiful dogs! Bumping this up. You might want to PM Cliff for his thoughts.

It probably would not matter, these are showline, not working line pedigrees.

That's what I thought too, Nancy, but it's worth a shot. Would Robin know better? Or Carmen?

Rua,
I looked at both pedigrees......annnnnnnnnnd.....
You betcha! Nice pedigree(s) on both parents.
Barak is line bred on the 5th generation on a very, very good dog. Eros brought soundness & strength to temperament, and the individual dogs combined in Barak's pedigree are very good producing dogs themselves.
Wilson...nice dog, should have been used more...sold too early on.

Hill....exceptional dog, produced excellent progeny.....not ALWAYS the best in comformation, but usually VERY GOOD in character & temperament.
Dux....a very good, prominent dog used in Germany....

*The puppy's mother* (sorry, forgot her name)...also has Eros in her pedigree, along with Ursus & several other prominent, solid producing dogs.

I would expect your puppy to be a very nice puppy.....curious, drivey & confident.
Bring him/her up correctly...and the "cards" are in your favor, of having a nice, well bred pup!
CONGRATS!

****let me add**** There are no absolutes with nature, I can only give you my "opinion" based on a piece of paper. I don't know the parents themselves OR the breeder. If breeding was as easy as putting two pedigrees together.....it would be alot easier to produce sound, strong, stable dogs.
